These are a few recipes given to us by friends; some have been taken from the internet; most of them tried and delicious, with not alot of effort, but like with everything we make a great deal of love.

TUNA COOKIES:


1 8 oz can of tuna
2 cups flour
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup veg. oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
  Mix all ingredients well, kneading just to combine. On floured surface, roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack

PURRFECT DINNER:

1/3 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix
1 tablespoons chopped liver
1 tablespoon corn oil
dash of salt
  Mix all together for 1-2 cat servings. Serve warm or cold

KITTY KISSES:

1 can favorite canned cat food
piping bag with small plain tip
  Whirr cat food in blender or food processor till the consistency of frosting. Put into pastry or piping bag and make "kisses" on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees until sort of dry and done. Time depends on size of kisses. Small ones take about 15 minutes.


KITTY KRUNCHIES:

2 1/2 ups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 ts garlic powder1 teaspoon brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter(or any meat juices)
1 egg
1/2 cup ice water
  Combine the flour, milk, salt, garlic powder and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Mix in egg and then add enough ice water to make a ball. Pat dough 1/2 inch thick on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Cut into desired shapes and bake on cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. To vary the flavor or texture add any of the following at the time you add egg. 1 cup pureed cooked green vegetables, 6 tablespoons whole wheat or rye kernals, 3 tablespoons liver powder.(last two available in most health food stores)


MAKERAL COOKIES:

1/2 Cup canned makeral drained
1 Cup whole grain bread crumbs
1 Tbsp veg, oil
1 egg beaten
1 tsp brewers yeast, optional
Mix all ingredients well, heat oven 350, drop 1/4 tsp onto greased cookie sheet,bake 8 min, Then cool.


KITTEN GLOP PUDDING:

1 lg. can evaporated milk (not milnot)
1 tbs. Real Mayonnaise
1 tbs. Plain Yogurt 1 tbs. Karo Syrup (light)
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 egg yolk (beaten)
1 cup water
Mix milk, yogurt, mayonnaise and syrup together well. Bring 1 cup water to boil and mix in Knox gelatin. Set aside. Mix egg yolk with small amount of milk mixture and beat well. Add gelatin and water to milk mixture and beat well. Add in egg yolk mixture and beat well.
Pour into tupperware or like bowl (with cover) and set in refrigerator. Pudding will last for two weeks covered in refrigerator. Very rich in calcium, this pudding can be used as a supplement for kittens, from birth on, sick cats and show cats to put on weight.

RAW MEAT MIXTURE:

1 5# Roll meat
1 cup dry food covered with water and cook for 3 min.
1/2 cup quick oats and 1 1/2 cups water and cook for 2 min.
4 cans of canned cat food (any kind will do)
1 tbs garlic salt
Then mix all this in a big bowl and your cats will love it.
Keep it in the refrigerator, until fed.
